Information you provide: When you subscribe to our newsletter, apply to list your business, or contact us, we collect your email address and any information you voluntarily submit (business name, contact details, uploaded documents).

Wallet addresses: If you connect a Solana wallet, the public wallet address is used locally in your browser to fetch on-chain data. We do not store wallet addresses on our servers.

Automatically collected: Standard web analytics data such as browser type, pages visited, and referral URLs may be collected to improve the Platform.

We use collected information to: (a) send newsletters and project updates to subscribers; (b) process and review business applications; (c) improve Platform functionality; (d) respond to inquiries.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Wallet connection is entirely read-only. We do not have the ability to initiate transactions, access private keys, or move funds. Wallet data (token balances, holdings) is fetched directly from public Solana RPC nodes in your browser and is not transmitted to or stored on our servers.

The Platform uses browser localStorage to save your wallet connection preference and price alert settings locally on your device. This data never leaves your browser. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising.

The Platform uses third-party APIs including CoinGecko, DexScreener, Alternative.me, Jupiter, and Streamflow to provide market data. These services have their own privacy policies. We also use AI services to power news aggregation and trading tools; queries may be processed by third-party AI providers.

Documents submitted as part of the business application (government ID, business license, certifications) are stored securely and used solely for the purpose of verifying Made-in-USA status. They are not shared with third parties except as required by law.

Newsletter subscriber emails are retained until you unsubscribe. Business application data is retained for the duration of your listing on the Platform. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us.

The Platform is not directed at children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. Newsletter subscribers may unsubscribe at any time.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when changes were last made.
