All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Made in the USA Digital LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Made in the USA Digital LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or cryptocurrencies, arising from your use of the Platform.

The Platform integrates with third-party services including Jupiter DEX, Streamflow, DexScreener, CoinGecko, Kalshi, and Polymarket. We are not responsible for the operation, accuracy, or availability of these third-party services.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate federal or state courts.
